Aroma is a family-run takeaway founded in 2002 in New Malden. The business’ success has recently led to the opening of a second branch in Kingston upon Thames, and Aroma’s owners decided they needed a website in order to reach out to more customers as well as keeping their current customers informed with the company’s news.
Aroma’s owners used bOnline’s easy tools to create a DIY website for the restaurants.
The website was based upon one of bOnline’s many restaurant templates and customised to match the business and make it really unique. Like all bOnline websites, the Aroma site includes built-in SEO capabilities for no additional cost.
Engiz, who created the site for his family business, said: “It’s easy to manage and edit the site. Especially with the bOnline templates they are very user friendly and easy to use and make changes by myself.”
The Aroma website now attracts around 950 visits per month. Engiz said: “The site has definitely attracted more customers.”
The site ranks on page one of Google results for the search terms ‘kebab in Kingston’ and ‘kebab in New Malden’ thanks to the use of bOnline’s built-in SEO tools. Engiz said: “I would say it has been easy to optimise the site for SEO, we try to add keywords that will be searched for and a lot of our traffic comes from Google so we must be doing something right.”
Summing up his overall experience with bOnline, Engiz said: “We have thus-far been very happy with the site and how it has been performing, I would say it has definitely been good value for money as we have not only been able to attract new customers but also keep informed our regular customers and this is what we set out to do in our objectives when deciding to go online.”
