About Wedissimo
Wedissimo is an online booking platform for wedding suppliers; like AirBnb for the wedding industry.
Couples are used to booking everything in life online, but arranging suppliers for their wedding day used to involve ringing around only to find a supplier is unavailable or too expensive. When they found one, couples were asked to pay up front by bank transfer and they weren’t sure which suppliers they could trust.
Wedissimo’s solution displays all the information to couples upfront and allows them to book services online; job done! Most of their customers haven’t booked wedding suppliers before and they often want to speak to someone to guide them through the decision, so we needed a customer support phone line that worked for us.
