Our zero-touch, self-service VoIP platform enables us to challenge the large, legacy players while ensuring an exceptional customer experience from the sales process, onboarding to support - without compromising our wholesale prices. bOnline will launch V3.0 of the platform, incorporating AI technologies and machine learning with sentiment analysis, conversation summary and intelligent features to offer automated insights to customers.
