Angela maintains work-life balance with bOnline phone

Angela is a psychotherapeutic counsellor, meaning she works collaboratively on a one-to-one basis with clients. Angela meets with clients face-to-face and remotely.

I chose to launch my business with a bOnline VoIP phone system as it made the most sense from a privacy point of view allowing me to keep my personal phone number and details protected.

Having a VoIP phone line gives me flexibility; if anyone needs to contact me, I can always be reached and if I'm not able to answer, there is voicemail so an alternative to email. I'm able to speak with anyone from anywhere, which makes life easier and if I miss a call I receive an email when someone has called her and left a voicemail.
