The dashboard shows pending, approved, and completed referrals.
Rewards are manually reviewed and approved by the bOnline team monthly.
Once approved, you’ll receive an email notification with details about your reward and how to redeem it.

These Terms & Conditions apply to the bOnline Referral Programme. By participating, you agree to the following:
The referral programme is open to bOnline customers with an active account and Direct Debit in good standing.
The referred customer must be new to bOnline and not an existing or previous customer.
Self-referrals, referrals within the same business ownership, or fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited.
A referral qualifies for a reward only when all of the following conditions are met:
The referred customer signs up using the referrer’s unique referral link.
The referred customer passes all verification checks, including KYC.
The one-time onboarding fee is paid in full.
Two successful Direct Debit payments have been received.
Both the referrer and referred customer maintain an active Direct Debit in good standing.
The plan purchased must be one of the following:
Unlimited VoIP plans
VoIP + broadband bundles
FTTP or SOGEA services
Rewards cannot be combined with promotional offers such as “1 month free” or “£1 for 3 months”.
All rewards are subject to manual approval by bOnline.
bOnline reserves the right to refuse or disqualify any referral at its discretion.
Only referrals recorded and tracked by the automated system will be eligible.
Approved rewards will be confirmed via email.
Rewards have no cash value unless explicitly stated.
Self-referrals or referring entities you own or control.
Using the referral programme for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorised purposes.
Promoting referral links via paid advertisements, discount websites, or mass-distribution channels.
Creating multiple accounts or manipulating tracking to gain rewards dishonestly.
bOnline may modify, suspend, or terminate the referral programme at any time without prior notice.
Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
bOnline’s decisions regarding eligibility and rewards are final.
